Refreshing and versatile in pairings, Château Minuty’s Côtes de Provence Rosé, cuvée “M” is made from hand-harvested Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes, macerated 3-4 hours before pressing. It ferments and matures at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel, to preserve its aromas and flavors. Lovely soft pink and bright to the eye. The nose offers pleasant and intense fruity scents, enriched by notes of peach and candied orange. Fresh palate, with a sip of red fruits and citrus, with a light grinding of pepper on the finish. Excellent rosé to enjoy throughout a meal of seafood cuisine. It is exalted on grills and fish soups.
