Marasco by L’Archetipo is a fragrant, direct and slightly aromatic sparkling white wine. Fresh, pulpy and savory, it moves nimbly in the mouth without sacrificing smoothness and roundness. A simple and delicate wine that stands out for its liveliness.
Average production per ha: 60 hl
Vinification and aging: Soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation at low temperatures via pied de cuve in stainless steel containers. Racking in autoclave and taking of foam until all fermentable sugars are exhausted, aging for several months with frequent battonage.
