Russiz Superiore-Capriva del Friuli. Altitude: between 80 and 200 meters above sea level.
Friulano, one of the oldest indigenous varieties of Friuli Venezia Giulia, whose presence is attested here since the 11th century.
Hilly terrain, formed during the Eocene has an al- ternity of marls (silts and calcareous clays) and sandstones (cemented sands). Impermeable causes surface water run-off resulting in soil ero- dibility, which leads to a very gentle morphology.

After harvesting, the grapes are separated from the stems. The juice and pulp undergo cold maceration, then gentle pressing that allows se- paration from the skins. About 15% of the must is placed to ferment in oak barrels, the remainder in steel va- sche
The wine is left to rest about eight months on the lees and then in the bottle

Almond blossom stands out, followed by floral notes such as hawthorn and chamomile leaving room for a plant base
The taste turns out to be very enveloping, smooth and refined. The very evident freshness goes well with the alcoholic structure. Full-bodied wine in the finish leaves a pleasant persistence.
Pairs mainly with San Daniele prosciutto crudo and cured meats in general, fresh and lightly aged cheeses, egg and vegetable dishes, baked fish
