Vinification
After harvest, the grapes, 5% overripe, are separated from the stems.
The juice and pulp undergo cold maceration, then gentle pressing that allows separation from the skins.
Fermentation and maturation take place in 5-hl oak barrels.
The resulting wine is left to rest about three years on the lees and one year in the bottle.

Characteristics
Intense straw yellow color with gold-green highlights.
It is characterized by an elegant scent of ripe apple and flowers accompanied by background of bread crust and sweet notes.
Enveloping in the mouth, it is full and full-bodied.
The balance between savoriness and smoothness leads to a very long finish that develops into warm notes.
