Respect for “natural” tradition
Following the evolutionary logic of the historical winemaking tradition of the area, Marco started the production of “his” Marsala Superiore. Endowed with a very complex set of aromas and fragrances, it is conceived and made in accordance with its “natural” tradition, fortified with a mistelle, made from fresh must, and aqua-vitae obtained from the same grapes from which the base wine is made.
