A dynamic, delicate and natural wine produced without added sulfites. The bubbly is obtained naturally from bottle fermentation, kept for months in the dark inside our cellar. Our ancestral method, guarantees the pleasantness of a sparkling wine without sacrificing the authenticity of a totally natural and authentic product.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
It has a very bright straw yellow color; the nose is a riot of flowers with citrus notes; the palate is harmonious and medium freshness.
