A mezcal with fruity tones, sweet and a slight coconut flavor; followed by hints of herbs and spices. The maguey with the widest distribution, ancestor of tequila blue maguey and henequen. Chelem (maya), doba-yej (zapoteco: maguey de flor), hamoc (seri), juya cuu (mayo: mezcal del monte), yavi incoyo (mixteco), amole, bacanora, maguey de campo, espadilla, espadÃn, mezcal zapupe.
