Vago are authentic mezcals, linked to the land of origin and the men who handcraft them every day.
The name of the palenquero master, the village in which it was distilled, the size of the cask and, of course, what type of agave was used are noted on the label of each bottle.

Vago Espadin is made from the agave of the same name, depending on the room temperature at the time of fermentation, this can last up to a week. He distills his must twice, fermented in six vats, in a small 250-liter still.
Bottling is done by hand after filtration through a tubular cellulose filter.

Transparent and crystal clear, on the nose as well as in the mouth, it portrays all the characteristic traits of the type: herbaceous, almost pushed into the vegetal note, fruity reminiscent of white melon, and finally lively and invigorating, to help a taste that is never sluggish.
