Blending: The blend of Rosé Impérial reflects the distinctive and complementary characteristics of three grape varieties:

• Pinot Noir (40-50%): With a small percentage (10%) of red wine, it contributes to the intensity and complexity of the blend.
• Pinot Meunier (30-40%): Again with 10% red wine, it adds roundness and structure to the wine.
• Chardonnay (10-20%): With a variable percentage (20-30%) of selected reserve wines, it lends elegance, finesse and consistency to the overall flavor profile.
