Core Rosso fromAzienda Montevetrano is a red wine made from Aglianico grapes in the municipality of San Cipriano Picentino in the province of Salerno.
Vinification and aging
Core Rosso grapes are harvested through hand picking. Following soft crushing and destemming, alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes aging for 10 months in barriques.

Core Rosso from theMontevetrano winery is ruby red. The nose releases forest scents, nuances of violet, blackberry, cherry and black cherry. The finish has spicy notes characterized by hints of cinnamon, myrtle, and chocolate. The palate is fine, elegant and persistent.
