The cerasuolo grapes used come from soil of a calcareous and siliceous nature, interspersed with layers of fresh and compact clay, as well as calcareous tuffs.
The Naturale winery is the brainchild of two people already well-known in the world of food and wine excellence: Simone Sabaini, founder of Sabadì, and Giusto Occhipinti, of the Cos winery.
