Grape varieties:
100% Nero d’Avola, bush-trained, classic training in the area. Nero d’Avola, takes its name from Avola, a town near Pachino also in the province of Syracuse, where several centuries ago it was selected by local winemakers.

Vinification:
the grapes, harvested after mid-September, are vinified in red with long maceration of the must with the skins. Maturation:
After malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked into small 500-liter barrels where it remains for about two years.
Refinement:
In bottle for at least one year.
Color: deep ruby red with violet hues.
Smell: complex, intense, typical red fruit, blackberry and vanilla undertones.
Taste: elegant, fruity, harmonious, persistent on the palate. Serving temperature: 18°C.
Food pairings: pairs excellently with ros- se meats, game and aged cheeses.
Mode of storage: bottle lying down in a cool room at constant tem- perature not exceeding 18°C.
Duration: benefits from a long stay in the bottle, becoming more austere and mature.
