The bright and spicy aroma Coming from four types of Japanese citrus fruits, Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shequasar, complements the traditional gin botanicals of juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica, lemon and orange peels. There is then a touch of apple, a fruit deeply linked to the Nikka story, followed by pleasantly savory hints of Japanese Sansho green pepper on the finish.
