Organoleptic characteristics: The extra virgin olive oil “del Grillo” was born from the desire to highlight the essence of the two varieties Nocellara del Belìce and Cerasuola, enhancing their organoleptic characteristics. An extra virgin oil with very low acidity values and a high amount of polyphenols is cold-pressed from them. It is green in color with golden yellow highlights, medium in density. Pleasant on the nose, with typical notes of artichoke and green tomato; medium-intense fruity flavor, balanced bitterness and spiciness.
Storage methods:To preserve the organoleptic properties of the product for a long time, after opening the tin, it is advisable to decant into dark glass bottles and store away from direct light and at a temperature of about 15°C.
