Caffo Distillery Centennial
(1915~2015), was produced in limited quantities and in a new bottle specially made for the occasion.
Its lengthy preparation involves the infusion of numerous Calabrian herbs, flowers and fruits according to ancient artisanal methods and the use of fine batches of wine spirits aged at length in Slavonian oak barrels and kept for decades in aging warehouses under the control of the Italian state.
Vecchio Amaro del Capo Riserva 100th Anniversary is then further aged in oak barrels in order to achieve maximum harmony among all its ingredients, enabling it to become a rare meditation product to be enjoyed on the best occasions, in distinguished establishments and in the homes of discerning connoisseurs. A unique and sought-after liqueur that fully represents Italy among the most popular “premium” spirits in the world.
