ages at least 6 months in oak barrels, then filtered with vegetable charcoal, which gives it a bright, shiny appearance. Venezuela’s warm climate allows it to develop intensity and smoothness, and because of these characteristics it is considered one of the best spirits for blending, in an inseparable union with the Mojito.
