The goddess Tanit substituted ambrosia for the very sweet juice of the Zibibbo grape to seduce Apollo.
Today, as then, from the best zibibbo grapes, partly sun-dried, comes Arbaria, a meditation wine with a velvety, aromatic and sweet taste.
It goes sweetly with blue and spicy cheeses, almond desserts and cassata, typical of Sicilian tradition. Preferably served in medium tulip-shaped glasses at a temperature of 10°-12° degrees, it will captivate the palate of those who taste it.
