Nes signi ca miracle. The wild and generous island of Pantelleria gives us its most precious nectar, a Passito with intense notes of candied fruit, citrus, eucalyptus, sage and apricot.

TERRITORY OF ORIGIN
Soil: volcanic in origin, sandy, slightly clayey.
Altitude: 0 to 300m above sea level.Climate: Mediterranean, mild winters, limited rainfall, very hot and windy summer.
VINIFICATION AND AGING
Harvest time in the second and third decade of September. So ce pressing of grapes, start of fermentation and addition of dried grapes. A naging in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 10 months.
Color: golden yellow tending to amber.Nose: intense notes of candied fruit and citrus with hints of eucalyptus, sage and apricot.Taste: harmonious and persistent, with predominant hints of apricot and dry co and hints of candied fruit and peach in syrup.
Traditional: dry pastries, cannoli, Sicilian cassata, raisin cakes.
Unconventional: blue cheese in pralines wrapped in bitter cocoa and chili. Serve at 12°-14°C.
