Aging: 30 months in barrique; 8/12 months in cement eggs followed by 36 months in glass.
Tasting notes:
A wine sublime for its elegance and intensity. On the nose, the bouquet is of complex and elegant olfactory richness with notes of sweet red fruit and underbrush joining those of spice and menthol. On the palate, the structure is of incredible personality: savory and very fresh, the sip is characterized by fine tannins adept at emphasizing the grandiose texture of the fruit.
