The story of the origin of this grape variety is very interesting, disputed between a country in South Tyrol and a famous French wine-growing area. A grape variety that when grown in suitable areas is capable of expressing very interesting and long-lasting aromatic wines.
We choose fine pomace from Traminer grapes grown in Trentino and carefully and technically follow their fermentation. A short period of maturation of the Traminer marc and then distillation in our discontinuous bain-marie still with the utmost care not to spoil the very delicate Traminer aromas. Each year the way the still is run changes because each year is a new story for the grapes and therefore the pomace. Thus we are able to obtain a Traminer Grappa with a delicate aromatic scent reminiscent of rose petal combined with other fine, more mature and complex scents such as the note of geranium and lemon. The taste sensations are equally complex and leave room for a long, lingering aftertaste.
A seemingly easy grappa, but its olfactory and gustatory complexity will engage the taster in no small measure, giving him or her many sensations.
Before tasting it, leave it a few minutes in the large glass, the air will enhance the aroma and do not spoil it by tasting it cold, only slightly chilled
