Grape Variety: 100% Grillo
CHARACTERISTICS:
Color: deep straw yellow with obvious green highlights.
Nose: harmonious, fruity.
Taste: rich, savory.
Vinification and aging: Spontaneous fermentation from pied de cuve of our grapes in the absence of sulfur dioxide, at controlled temperature in concrete tanks.
Aging: 12 months in tank and 4 months in bottle
RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 13°C
FOOD PAIRINGS:
fish dishes, white meats, also goes well with semi-soft cheeses.
