Distillate made from an infusion of grain alcohol and wild juniper berries.

Sardinia, Italy.

Ingredients:
Wild Sardinian juniper berries (Juniperus Communis), alcohol, water.

Production method:
Infusion of Sardinian wild juniper berries for 30 days in grain alcohol. Subsequent Slow artisanal distillation by discontinuous method for about 10 hours, through steam boiler and copper still.

Clear, transparent, crystalline.

Characteristic of Sardinian juniper berries, resin, citrus and sensational hints of Mediterranean scrub.
