Quojane of Serramarrocco 2020
A pure and vinified dry Zibibibbo, Serramarrocco’s Quojane, from grapes harvested by hand in the 5.85-ha “Quojane vineyard,” planted Guyot with a planting layout of 6,250 vines/ha, a yield of 95 quintals per hectare and 1.60 kg per vine.
It is distinguished by the fragrance of fruit, the complexity of citrus, cedar, green apple and medicinal herb scents that blend with hints of zágara flowers, lavender, mint, rosemary, enhancing its sylvan balsamicity.
The intensity of the bouquet, the minerality and the length of the finish make it a rank wine that best represents the terroir of Serramarrocco. First Vintage 2009.
