Complex, well-structured and dry gin with a hint of juniper, licorice and ginger followed by delicate citrus notes.
Frozen in a Gin & Tonic, it is very elegant, fragrant and most importantly there is a lingering licorice note.
Serve in large glasses with a licorice root, plenty of ice, ginger and orange peel. Garnish with pink pepper.
