Ron Palma Mulata Reserva Especial 25 Years 38° cl70
Appearance: dark amber color with bright tones, clean and completely transparent revealing through the goblet touches of mahogany and old gold. Nuances and tones that are characteristic of the evolution and concentration of tannins that are transformed by oxidation. Pouring it into the glass, it is viscous, thick and persistent.
Aroma: A distinctive, sweet and balanced scent that allows a pleasant combination of primary and secondary aromas to be perceived. The primary aromas are the result of compounds formed during fermentation and reminiscent of the sugarcane crop. The transformation during the aging process, allows the perception of fruity aromas reminiscent of vanilla, coconut, dehydrated grapes and prunes. Secondary aromas are noticeable on the nose, reminding us of oak transformed in contact with the air of the Caribbean climate and touches of dried fruits, nuts and almonds. The final aroma is sweet, balanced, with a unique flavor spectrum that identifies the product and eliminates the irritating aroma of unaged alcohols.
Taste: fine, elegant, balsamic, slightly appreciable sweetness, perfectly integrated in a combination of processed oak flavors, with hints of dried fruit and dehydrated sweet grapes.
Sensation on swallowing: full-bodied, slightly sweet and fruity with hints of dehydrated grapes, without astringency or tingling, with a slight warm sensation attributable to the alcohol content, without roughness or tingling on the palate. It fills the palate.
