INTENSE, FRUITFUL, AROMATIC, Ruinart rosé owes its elegant sensuality to the marriage of chardonnay (45%, including premier cru chardonnay from the côte des blancs) and pinot noir from the montagne de reims and vallée de la marne vinified in red.
The nose is delicate, fine and fresh, with aromas of cherry and freshly picked small red fruits.
Floral (rose, hawthorn) and spicy (tonka, nutmeg) notes are revealed.
