is aged according to the Solera System at 2,400 meters above sea level in new, toasted American white oak barrels that previously held aged American Whiskey and Sherry. Color mahogany with glossy highlights, fragrance complex, with presence of toasted wood and a slight vanilla aroma in the background. Hints of green apple, wilted blueberries, and orange zest, dried lime. Spicy aromas such as clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg combined with caramel. Taste: flavors of candied fruit, red berries, ripe fruit and spices such as cloves emerge. Robust and mature finish.
