Don Papa Baroko Aged in Oak
New look, original taste.
It comes with a new look and is called Don Papa Baroko: this word in Tagalog (Philippine Islands) language means exuberant and highlights the continuity of Don Papa’s full and original taste.
Don Papa Baroko is aged in high-roasted American oak barrels that have contained Bourbon Whiskey.
Visual examination: dark amber color with bright reflections
Olfactory examination: the nose explodes with notes of vanilla.
Gustatory examination: full-bodied in the mouth with notes of ripe tropical fruit, candied fruit and honey, with a long, deep finish with hints of raisins and hints of vanilla.
Due to the unique hot-humid tropical climate, Don Papa undergoes 8-10% alcohol evaporation, four times greater than that of Scotch whiskey, a characteristic that gives it a particularly intense and rounded taste.
