Foursquare Premise (46.0%): Premise (Exceptional Cask Series VIII) is a finished sherry cask following the lineage of mature rums in the Foursquare portfolio like the earlier Cask and Zinfandel Cask versions. It is a pot/column blend, first in ex-bourbon barrels for three years, then transferred to ex-sherry barrels for another seven years and bottled in January 2018. Like any other Foursquare product, it has no additional coloring from sugar and/or caramel.
Color: medium amber with an orange tinge. Slow, persistent, thick legs.
