Foursquare Distillery produces innovative and complex Rums but without sacrificing the drinkability of the product. In addition, the use of different types of barrels, such as ex-sherry, ensures that Foursquare rums are always smooth and round.
The distillery produces rum exclusively from molasses and uses two types of stills: pot still and single column still. Alembic stills operate under vacuum, which allows distillation to be achieved at a lower temperature (the lower pressure requires less energy).
Obviously they are all bottled without added sugar, and if an age is given it refers to the youngest rum in the blend.
XV Limited edition of Foursquare Distillery bottled at full grade (61%). The rum is an assemblage of pot stills that in single column stills aged in ex-bourbon and ex-madeira barrels for 14 years.
Alcohol Content: 61%.
