Since its inception in 1999, Rum Nation’s goal has been to give broad recognition to a wide range of rum styles, with a focus on the differences between geographical countries of production and their unique qualities and aromas.

From the legendary closed distillery in Trinidad, a rum with an extra touch of complexity.
Although very traditional in its tarry, strongly tannic flavor, the result of its early accelerated years of oak aging in a tropical climate, it has been allowed to soften somewhat in a former sherry whiskey barrel for the past seven years. The result is still dark and rather extreme, with those classic notes of black licorice, anise and coffee, but with an extra intriguing and mouthwatering layer of juicy fruitiness, pastry cookies and raisins.
