It’s incredible, but the Marlborough wine area is only thirty years old! In the seventies the first vineyards were planted, but the potential was discovered when the first wines of 1986 were released on the international market. Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has a flavor that no one has ever tasted, a style that made New Zealand wine famous, not to be forgotten.

Marlborough is located in the northern tip of the southern island of New Zealand, and is under the climatic influence of the Pacific Ocean. It is relatively cool, but the region is protected on two sides by the mountains that are the cause of so many hours of sunshine. This is why grapes develop sufficient sugars and aromas, which however, due to the freshness, also have nice acids.

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Aroma:
Intensified aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit, nectarine and citrus blossoms.

Palate:
Aromas of fresh stone fruit, citrus fruits and gooseberries with an elegant mineral note enhanced by an effervescent sparkle. A refreshing and lively wine.

Aging potential:
Perfect to drink now and will hold freshness for the next three years.
Vinification:
The grapes were transported quickly to the cellar and immediately pressed to minimize contact with the skins. The juice was then cold fermented in stainless steel to maintain the freshness and varietal character. The finished wine was carbonated to liven up the flavors and add an attractive sparkle.
