Saint Clair Sauvignon Blanc Bubble 2022 Cl 75
It’s amazing, but the Marlborough wine area is only 30 years old! The first vineyards were planted in the 1970s, but the potential was discovered when the first wines from 1986 were released to the international market. Marlborough’s Sauvignon Blanc has a flavor no one has ever heard of, a style that has made New Zealand wine famous, not to be forgotten.
Marlborough is located at the northern tip of the South Island of New Zealand, and is under the climatic influence of the Pacific Ocean. It is relatively cool, but the region is protected on two sides by mountains that are the cause of so many hours of sunshine. That is why grapes develop sufficient sugars and aromas, which, however, because of the coolness, also have nice acids.
