This gin produced in small batches celebrates the world’s most vibrant and aromatic citrus fruits. In southeastern Spain, where the best Murcian lemons, tangerines, and sweet Navel oranges grow, they work closely with local suppliers and farmers to sustainably supply the most exquisite citrus to Premier Cru Gin.

In each small batch that is created, the Master Distiller selects the precise cut of the distillation to ensure that each bottle is a fitting tribute to the region, the suppliers and the craftsmanship of the farmers and the supreme quality of that harvest ensuring the same exceptional liquid is produced each year. Against the distinctive BOMBAY SAPPHIRE flavor, this expression beautifully balances sweet orange and tangerine, while allowing the vibrancy of our Murcian lemons to shine as the hero of this exquisite liquid.

During the annual end-of-season harvest, using techniques handed down from generation to generation, dedicated suppliers and farmers hand-pick and peel each fruit at its ripest point and allow it to dry naturally under the Mediterranean sun, capturing only the brightest fruit and aromatic citrus oils the harvest has to offer.
