Raw material: Craft and unfiltered Double Malt Beer.
Distillation: Completely in-house, in copper stills in a bain-marie, thanks to the expert experience of our winemakers-master distillers.
Aging: for a long time in stainless steel tanks
Alcohol content: 38% vol.
Bottle: special and elegant Sibona graduated bottle with side notches indicating the contents and pouring spout.
Capacity: 50 cl.

Color: Light straw yellow.
Bouquet: intense, elegant, enveloping, with clear hints of hops and malt, with strong recognition of the beer of origin.
Taste: soft, with an elaborate and round body, characterized by a richness of fruit and flower sensations. Persistent, slightly aromatic and very pleasant aftertaste.
Pairings: Seasoned cheeses, dried fruit, elaborate meats. Also with sweets and sorbets.
Tasting Tips: Excellent at refrigerator temperature (6-8 ° C), especially in summer, or at temperatures between 14 and 17 ° C in a tulip glass.
