Dark alluvial and deep, medium-textured soils, silt-clay composition, good organic matter content. Mediterranean climate.
Pinot Grigio selected from very high vineyards. It is harvested early to maintain natural acidity in a way that ensures remarkable freshness and fragrance. Sparkling with Martinotti Method and bottled immediately after harvest to maximize typical youthful fruity freshness.
Optimal fine perlage, straw yellow with greenish hues. The nose recalls the exotic and citrus scents of Pinot Grigio. In the mouth it is full with a very pronounced acidic streak that makes it fresh and balanced.
Perfect as an aperitif or to end the meal on a high note with a toast.
