OUTWARD APPEARANCE
Light golden strawberry with greenish highlights.

Medium.
NOSE
The delicate olfactory sensation gives a small hint of the furious spirit that will soon emerge. The top notes are sweet and maritime, an initial hint of oatmeal porridge cereal that quickly gives way to more purifying and maritime aromas that suggest brackish seaweed, crystal salt, and iodine, over a base of mountain smoke. A drop of water sweetens things, increasing the maritime character.
PALATE
A soft, oily texture and big flavor gently take control; almost perfumed at first but salty and slightly sweet throughout, wonderfully peaty and smoky from specially selected barrels, this fiery sea monster has a full peppery catch to savor later. Water surrounds it, adding a hint of pepper on the tongue, while the profile is similar overall.
FINAL
Long, warm and persistent, smoky finish, with lingering smoky malt in the aftertaste. Even better with a drop of water.
