Second production of La Tequilena distillery, the same as Don Fulano, designed specifically for blending and to give fans a true artisanal tequila made using mature plants, long cooking, natural fermentation and no additives at an affordable price.
For four generations, the Fonseca family has been growing 100 percent of the agaves used in the production of their tequila on the land they own in Atatonilco. A totally natural tequila that follows the old mezcalera tradition. Harvest at perfect maturity of tequilena agave grown above 2000 m a.s.l. Traditional cooking, long fermentations with natural yeasts, distillation in copper still. In small percentage in very handcrafted continuous column.
