BODY
Medium.

NOSE
Soft to the touch, the nose shines with top notes of dried fruit suggesting dried figs and apricots or crystallized angelica and orange peel, while underneath this is the dry scent of a light fruit cake, iced with brisk notes of vanilla-scented marzipan. More buttery notes emerge with a drop of water, which also enhances the spiciness.

PALATE
A soft, smooth and enveloping texture, initially dry as wood, brings out layers of richly fruity aromas that a deliciously sweet taste of ripe green apple is enhanced by exotic hints of grape brandy and sweet coconut. A little water enhances the effect.

END
Long and warm, sweet and slightly salty with a trace of ginger spice and the slightest touch of smoke.
