Sensory description
Bright ruby red, opens with refined intensity on floral and fruity tones, with ripe cherry in evidence. It is subtle and velvety on the palate and captivates with the tasty, lingering freshness of the fruit
which makes it smooth, light and elegant in character.

Pairings
Very versatile, it is excellent with first courses with full-bodied sauces, roasts and white meats, and medium-aged cheeses. Also try it with spicy oriental dishes and tasty fish soups.

Provenance
From the Rafaèl Vineyard of the same name, the Tommasi Family’s first historic vineyard, bred in Pergola Veronese in Valpolicella Classica.

Grapes
Corvina 60%, Rondinella 25% and Molinara 15%.

Vinification and Aging
Maceration for 12 days with fermentation: at a controlled temperature of 25/30°C. Aged for 15 months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
