Altemasi Trento DOC 2018 CL 75
Trentodoc Altemasi is a classic method sparkling wine. It is a “special wine” because it is subject to the fascinating “classic method” production process that needs a lot of skill, passion and long waiting. While a handful of months is often enough to produce a still wine, a much longer period is required for Trentodoc – classic method sparkling wine – ranging from a minimum of 15 months, as stipulated in the specifications, up to 10 years for a grand reserva.
The uniqueness of Trentodoc metodo classico comes from the uniqueness of Trentino, a territory with unique characteristics that are reflected in the refinement of each individual bottle.
These are, in a nutshell, the main steps in the production of Trentodoc classic method sparkling wines, a method that requires commitment, patience and a lot of labor.
