To achieve the salmon hue and red fruit aromas that characterize it, we incorporate about 10% red wine from the Damery terroir into this cuvée. It will be perfect with white meats and lots of desserts.
Aged on the lees for 3 years before disgorgement. Dosage: 8 grams of sugar per liter.
