A Zenato classic, made from the most classic and indigenous grapes: 85% Corvina, 10% Rondinella, 5% Corvinone. An immediately ready wine, it releases delicate aromas reminiscent of almonds and violets. The palate reserves a dry, smooth taste with good structure. It can age a few years.

Manual harvesting of the grapes is followed by destemming-crushing and traditional maceration for 10 days in steel winemakers.
After alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is separated from the skins by soft pressing. It is aged in oak tonneaux for about 12 months.
It goes well with pasta dishes, white meats, roasts or grilled meats.
