The “Del Professore” label is the brainchild of Carlo Quaglia -historic Piedmontese distiller-, Federico Ricatto -renowned chef- and the guys from Rome’s “Jerry Thomas Speakeasy,” recognized as one of the world’s 50 best speakeasies.
It is the only vermouth in the world created from 100% Italian red and white wines, with 100% vegetable flavoring, that matures for six months in small oak barrels.
Warm, enveloping woody, balsamic and mentholated scent reminiscent of pharmaceutical blends of the past, balanced by absinthe, bitter orange and vanilla.
