LA GRANDE DAME 2008
To the eye, La Grande Dame 2008 presents an appearance with bright golden hues.
On the nose, the first examination reveals a strong, ethereal and delicate attack. When opened, it has notes of dried fruits (almonds, figs, apricots), ripe white fruits (pears) and subtle toasted notes of hazelnut and praline. These pastry notes create a perfect balance with the freshness and precision of the assemblage.
On the palate, the attack is strong and sharp. La Grande Dame 2008 has a silky, yellow fruit texture carried by citrus and red fruit (cherry) notes.
Pinot Noir stands out remarkably for its freshness, minerality and power. La Grande Dame 2008 is a perfect balance of complexity, structure and power.
