A 100% Chardonnay, which comes from grapes grown according to sustainability principles in the mountain vineyards that surround the sixteenth-century Villa Margon. In this wine, all the expressiveness of Trentino Chardonnay stands out, enhanced by over 110 years of grape processing experience.
It is of great complexity, fragrant and persistent, with notes, on the nose, of apple, grapefruit, almond blossom and citrus. In the mouth it is structured, elegant, delicate and harmonious. It is a wine in which the fruity notes are further enhanced by a small percentage of wine high in wood.

Villa Margon, located to the right of the Adige south-west of Trento, on an estate owned by the Lunelli family.

Prevailing skeleton, basically sandy.
Training system
Simple Trentino pergola, 4000 plants per hectare.
Production has
60 hl of wine per hectare.
Fermentation temperature
At controlled temperature in stainless steel containers with the use of selected yeasts, partly in oak barrels.
Refinement
At least 8 months in the cellar.
