Each batch of grey goose® vodka begins with soft winter wheat grown on farms located in and around the fertile region of Picardy in northern France. grey goose®’s maître de chai, françois thibault, makes sure that only the best quality wheat is used, the same wheat used in French bakery and pastry making for products of excellence.

The brandy made from the fermentation and distillation of wheat grains then makes a journey to southern France to gensac-la-pallue, a small commune in the cognac region, where it is blended with the purest local spring water.
