“Mediterranean” reinterpretation of Vodka obtained mainly from the distillation of partially fermented wine. O de V is flavored by cold maceration infusion of cedar peels for 40 days in full-strength Vodka, after which the product is diluted to a final strength of 40 percent.
By taking advantage of the great organoleptic qualities of some international and native semi-aromatic grape varieties (mainly Chardonnay, Glera, Incrocio Manzoni) and all the materials obtained from them: wine, musts, pulps and the skins themselves, a product of the highest quality was created. Distillation occurs in five distinct stages. The first four distillations have the task of separating and excluding unwelcome chemical and organic presences. The fifth distillation, performed with a state-of-the-art still, is responsible for selecting the delicate aromatic presence of the grape varieties. Final-graded Evo O de V vodka is rested for a short time and then run in a bed of natural coals and on dried birch bark flakes. Filtration takes place in several stages; by decantation, followed by sieving with linen cloths, roughing with traditional filters, micro-organic purification under electrostatic tension, and finally by tangential filters, making the product totally and perfectly pure. Full strength O de V is flavored by cold maceration infusion of cedar peels for 40 days, after which the product is diluted and brought to the final strength of 40 percent
