Westvleteren 8 the younger sister of the very famous Westvleteren 12 brewed by the Trappist monks of the Monastery of st Sixtus in Belgium.

This is also an extraordinary beer, a dark, spicy, long-lived Belgian with extremely complex and persistent aromas and flavors. It evolves in the glass at cellar temperature remarkably well.
