OUTWARD APPEARANCE

Amber.

BODY

Full-bodied, pleasant and smooth.

NOSE

Rich, fruity Victoria plums, greengages, perhaps dried orange peel with a bit of caramel toffee or rum caramel and a wisp of smoke behind.

PALATE

Sweet in front, then firmer, with a whiff of smoke. The overall effect is warming. The development is toward smoke, coal tar, and caramel.

FINAL

Medium length and chili in the finish.
